Underdog NFL DFS Prop Picks (Saturday Slate) - Over/Under Props for Divisional Round

C.J. Stroud - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

Underdog NFL DFS prop picks for the Divisional Round Saturday Slate (January 20, 2024). Use Shaun's NFL over/under props recommendations to win on Underdog Fantasy.

Happy Friday, RotoBallers! Welcome to our Underdog Fantasy NFL DFS prop picks for the Divisional Round games on Saturday, January 20, 2024. Welcome to our brand new NFL DFS series covering Underdog Fantasy contests! We will continue to focus on the NFL DFS props offered on Underdog called Higher/Lower (Over/Under).

Higher/Lower is traditional over/under DFS prop picks -- whether you think a player will score Over or Under the set lines, and choose your amount. You can parlay multiple picks together to vastly increase the juice (e.g., three picks = 6x your bet). Underdog Fantasy offers some of the industry's best and easiest-to-win NFL DFS games. At Underdog Fantasy, you're not playing against other people -- you're just playing against the projections.

Announcement: We have two awesome new Props Optimizers for the MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, and NCAA! The PrizePicks Optimizer and Prop Bets Optimizer are both available in our new Props Premium Package, which includes exclusive access to RotoBaller's VIP Discord chat rooms for props and betting.

C.J. Stroud, 243.5 Passing Yards (HIGHER)

C.J. Stroud came in like a wrecking ball for the Wildcard weekend and will look to continue his strong play. Stroud recorded 274 passing yards with three touchdowns and zero interceptions versus the Cleveland Browns. He finished the game with a 76.19 completion percentage. He made it look so easy that he tied the rookie record for the most passing touchdowns in a playoff game within the first half. Now, he'll get a much tougher opponent with the Baltimore Ravens. However, we could see this playing as a catch-up game and Stroud being forced to throw more times.

The rookie is projected to have 21 completions on 34 passing attempts for 269.2 yards and 1.1 touchdowns versus one of the league's best defenses. Even the Proptimizer loves him going over as he sits at an implied total of -108 (51.93%). C.J. Stroud and this young Houston Texans team will be looking to make a second upset for the second time in a row on Saturday.

Justice Hill, 14.5 Receiving Yards (HIGHER)

Justice Hill comes into Saturday's game with the fifth-highest implied total to go over his receiving total of 14.5 when it comes to the Proptimizer. Hill sits at -121 (54.75%) to go over and for good reason. To close out the season, he recorded 31 receiving yards in Week 16, 64 yards in Week 17, and 26 yards in Week 18. On top of that, he's projected for 2.6 receptions for 19 receiving yards. The Houston Texans are also one of the worst defenses when it comes to yards per attempt, ranking 29th in the NFL.

With Justice Hill being the favorable running back to go over in receiving yards, Gus Edwards also is projected to go over his 4.5 receiving yards with a projection of 6.76 for Saturday's game. However, Edwards did not record a single receiving yard in the final two weeks of the season which may cause the Ravens to rely more on Justice Hill for Saturday's game.

Christian McCaffrey, 92.5 Rushing Yards (HIGHER)

Christian McCaffrey has one of the best match-ups heading into the Saturday night playoff matchup versus Green Bay. Green Bay's defense currently ranks 26th when it comes to rushing yards allowed per game and ranks 23rd when it comes to yards per carry. McCaffrey is projected for 17 rushing attempts and 91.4 rushing yards but his upside remains too high. Before exiting Week 17 with an injury, CMC recorded three straight games of 100 rushing yards or more. He had almost put together five straight games with over a hundred rushing yards in each but barely missed in Week 13 versus the Philadelphia Eagles with 93 yards.

There will be one player to monitor in the backfield with Christian McCaffrey and that is Elijah Mitchell who looks to be 100% healthy now and has added a huge support in giving this running back group some rest time. If the San Francisco 49ers pull out ahead early versus Green Bay, we most likely will see Mitchell take over to save McCaffrey for the NFC Championship game.

Romeo Doubs, 35.5 Receiving Yards (HIGHER)

Romeo Doubs had a huge game in the Wildcard round versus the Dallas Cowboys. He saw six targets all of which he caught for 151 receiving yards and one touchdown. Jordan Love will most likely look to depend on him once again this week. He held a 29% target rate with a 38% target per route ran share also versus Dallas. Doubs also became a trustworthy third-down receiver as he held a 29% target share. This Green Bay Packers team may be like the Houston Texans versus the Baltimore Ravens and be in catch-up mode versus San Francisco.

Romeo Doubs is projected to have 3.5 receptions on 5.3 targets for 43.9 receiving yards. If he is used similarly as the Wildcard Round, expect Doubs to hit the over and pretty early on in the game.
