Philadelphia Flyers center Sean Couturier (undisclosed) and defenseman Jamie Drysdale (illness) will both return to the lineup for Thursday's contest against the visiting Dallas Stars. Couturier has been labored by a minor injury that cost him the past two games. After missing the entire 2022-23 season due to a back injury, the veteran has returned to record 10 goals and 29 points on 113 shots over 40 games this season, including a goal and five points and 19 shots over his last five games. Drysdale, recently acquired from the Anaheim Ducks, recorded an assist in each of his first two games with the Flyers before missing the past two games with an illness. Philadelphia has surprised its way to a 24-14-0 record to this point, good for second place in the Metropolitan Division.--Brenton Kemp
