Wide Receiver Waiver Wire Pickups - Top Fantasy Football WR Adds for Week 15 include Zay Jones, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Curtis Samuel

Demarcus Robinson - Fantasy Football Rankings, Waiver Wire Pickups, Draft Sleepers

Justin Carter's fantasy football WR waiver wire pickups for Week 15 of the 2023 NFL season. His free agent wide receivers to add, stream, and stash off waivers.

With last week in the rearview, it's time to look ahead to Week 15 with our wide receiver fantasy football waiver wire pickups. There are some good upside wide receivers out there on the waiver wire, so this is a good chance for you to bolster your fantasy lineup.

Below, you'll find some wide receivers that you should be targeting on the fantasy football waiver wire ahead of Week 15. Not all of these waiver wire options are the same. Some players may be better in PPR or deeper leagues, so it’s not a one-size-fits-all comparison. Use your best judgment when deciding which of these players is the right fit for your roster.

Be sure to also check out our Waiver Wire Adds for Week 15 for help at all the skill positions. All players on this list are around 50% rostered or below.

Wide Receiver Waiver Wire Pickups For Week 15

Odell Beckham Jr., Baltimore Ravens - 41% rostered

I wasn't really sure what to think of Odell Beckham Jr. heading into Week 14. From Week 9 to Week 11, he posted three really strong fantasy stat lines in a row, but then he took a step back in Week 12, catching three passes for 34 yards. Then came the Ravens' bye week.

On Sunday though, Beckham looked like...well, like vintage Odell Beckham Jr. as he saw a season-high 10 targets, catching four of those for 97 yards and a touchdown. Quarterback Lamar Jackson got Beckham involved down the field and Beckham responded with one of his best games of the year. He's now had over 90 receiving yards in two of the last three games and has a fairly soft schedule ahead of him. Get him on your roster if he's still on the wire.

Curtis Samuel, Washington Commanders - 35% rostered

The Commanders were on a bye this week, but before that bye week, Curtis Samuel was playing some really good football. He's established himself as the No. 2 receiver for Washington ahead of Jahan Dotson and has been outplaying Terry McLaurin lately as well. One week after his first 100-yard game of the season, Samuel caught four passes for 65 yards back in Week 13.

Zay Jones, Jacksonville Jaguars - 29% rostered

With Christian Kirk on IR, Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence narrowed his focus down to Calvin Ridley and Zay Jones, who combined for 27 targets on Sunday in the team's loss to the Cleveland Browns.

Jones didn't necessarily do a ton with the 14 targets that came his way, as he caught five of those passes for 29 yards. Still, while the lack of production is an issue, it's worth noting he faced one of the NFL's best pass defenses. Of course, he does that once again in Week 15 against the Ravens, but Jones could be worth adding and stashing ahead of a good Week 16 meeting with the Buccaneers, where he could be a strong WR3 play.

Demario Douglas, New England Patriots - 20% rostered

Rookie Demario Douglas missed his second consecutive game with a concussion this week, but before that, he'd had three games in a row with at least five catches and 49 yards for the Patriots. This passing attack hasn't been very good, but Douglas has been a bright spot. With Bailey Zappe likely starting at QB for the rest of the season, there's a chance for Douglas to be a solid WR3/4 option if he can get back on the field against the Chiefs in Week 15.

Quentin Johnston, Los Angeles Chargers - 21% rostered

Quentin Johnston, the rookie wide receiver out of TCU, had arguably his best game as a pro on Sunday, catching three passes for a career-high 91 yards in the team's loss to the Broncos. He's got a decent matchup next week, and his biggest play of the day was a 57-yard catch that came from backup QB Easton Stick, who will start on Thursday against the Raiders with Justin Herbert out for the season.

Wide Receiver Deeper League Pickups For Week 15

Demarcus Robinson, Los Angeles Rams - 0% rostered

Last week, Demarcus Robinson caught a touchdown and I thought "oh, Demarcus Robinson's a Ram?" It didn't really seem like it meant anything, you know? Then came Sunday's game against the Ravens, with Robinson getting targeted 10 times. He caught three passes for 46 yards and a touchdown.

Next up is the Commanders, one of the NFL's worst pass defenses. I don't feel confident at all about Robinson next week, but if I'm in a 14-team league and just need to throw a dart at a wideout, why not the guy with back-to-back games with touchdowns when he's got a great matchup?

JuJu Smith-Schuster, New England Patriots- 14% rostered

Remember JuJu Smith-Schuster? It's okay if you've forgotten about him, as he entered Week 14 with just one game this season with more than 50 receiving yards. It was a different story against the Steelers though, as Smith-Schuster caught four of his six targets for 90 yards in his team's 21-18 win. I still believe in JuJu's talent, so there's some reason to be optimistic that this could be the start of some higher usage for Smith-Schuster going forward.

Jonathan Mingo, Carolina Panthers - 17% rostered

Jonathan Mingo's targets remained high this week, as the ball came his way nine times, marking his second-most targets of the season. Unfortunately, his actual production didn't match the opportunities, as he caught just two passes for 22 yards. Mingo has six or more targets in five straight games but has under 25 receiving yards in three of those games. With a pretty tough schedule ahead of him, I'm pretty close to being out on Mingo, but you can't ignore how much Bryce Young has been targeting him.

John Metchie III, Houston Texans - 1% rostered

Nico Collins left Sunday's loss to the Jets with a calf injury. Tank Dell's done for the season. Noah Brown and Robert Woods are just playing some awful football right now. John Metchie III saw five targets against the Jets, but could only bring in one of those for six yards. With an easier matchup next week against the Titans, Metchie could end up playing a big role if Collins isn't ready to go.

Hunter Renfrow, Las Vegas Raiders - 1% rostered

The Raiders had their worst offensive showing of the season on Sunday, losing to the Vikings despite only allowing Minnesota to score three points. Yikes. This isn't really a passing attack I want many parts of, but I guess it's notable that Hunter Renfrow has 38 or more yards in three straight games. I don't know. His role in this offense has definitely risen lately and next week's matchup against the Chargers is relatively juicy, so if you're really, really desperate, Renfrow might be an option in a 16-team league.
