Ottawa Senators goaltender Joonas Korpisalo (undisclosed) will not return Friday against the New York Islanders. Korpisalo is dealing with an undisclosed injury suffered when Ottawa was playing in Sweden. It is unknown how long he will be out for, but in the meantime, the Senators have called up Mads Sogaard to serve as the backup to Anton Forsberg. Korpisalo was having a decent start to his tenure in Ottawa, posting a 5-4-0 record with a 3.17 GAA, .906 SV%, and 1.2 GSAA in 11 games, so the Sens are hopeful he can return soon. If Forsberg is available, he is a good replacement for Korpisalo until the latter returns to action.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
