Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins flashed some upside in a lifeless offense last season, posting 37 receptions for 481 yards and two touchdowns in just 10 games. The 24-year-old is heading into his third season in the NFL and could be getting a huge QB upgrade in No. 2 overall pick C.J. Stroud. He's reportedly been Stroud's favorite target in offseason OTAs and minicamp, which could set him up for a breakout season in 2023. That said, fantasy wideouts often struggle with rookie QBs under center, so expectations should be limited. Collins is usually selected outside the top 60 wide receivers in early fantasy drafts, though, so he could be a value if he cements himself as the Texans' No. 1 wide receiver with Brandin Cooks out of the picture.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBaller
