Colorado Avalanche center Nathan MacKinnon scored his 25th goal of the season in Sunday's 3-2 overtime defeat to Seattle. He opened the scoring and Denis Malgin gave the Avalanche another lead in the second period, but the defending champions couldn't save themselves from a third consecutive loss. Colorado's form has gone downhill lately, but MacKinnon has remained hot and he's been crushing it ever since returning from injury. The 27-year-old superstar has posted 40 points across 27 outings since Dec. 31, with only Edmonton's Connor McDavid (50) having managed more during that span. MacKinnon is averaging the fourth-most points per game in the league and boasts 74 points in 50 outings for the season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
