Buffalo Sabres center Dylan Cozens was the main man in Sunday's 7-4 victory over the Capitals, scoring his first career hat trick and adding an assist for his first-ever four-point game. He also led all skaters with eight shot attempts on goal and had four penalty minutes, while finishing with a plus-three rating. The 22-year-old ended a three-game scoreless spell with the big effort. Having reached 23 goals and 29 assists for the season, Cozens became Buffalo's fifth player to hit 50 points. Cozens is also part of a five-man group with at least 20 goals for the free-scoring Sabres. It's been a breakthrough campaign for him, and Cozens will continue it with a matchup against the Blue Jackets and their leaky defense on Tuesday.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
