Chicago Bears wide receiver Velus Jones Jr. will be active for the Week 11 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. The third-round rookie was a healthy scratch last week. Now, the Bears have decided to make Jones active for what could be a high-scoring affair with the Falcons. The assumption is that Jones will be the primary kicker returner, but also be mixed in the receiving game.
