Darius Slayton has been one of the few New York Giants wide receivers to stay healthy this season, and after a few solid fantasy performances, he finds himself near the top of the fantasy football radar on the waiver wire.

Daniel Jones and the G-Men are 7-2 and have a competent offense for the first time since Eli Manning and Odell Beckham Jr. were in the Big Apple, so Slayton's fantasy success might not be a fluke.

How Did Darius Slayton Play In Week 10?

Against the Houston Texans, Slayton caught three of his four targets for 95 yards and a touchdown in the 24-17 win. A four-target game doesn't get anyone excited, but the Giants attempted just 17 passes, so Slayton posted over a 23-percent target share. His Week 10 performance was highlighted by a 54-yard catch-and-run for a touchdown.

Slayton led a good football team in targets, receptions, yards, and touchdowns once again in Week 10, so it might be time for fantasy managers to take his production seriously.

Should I Pickup Darius Slayton in Fantasy Football?

Slayton is the only Giants player with more than 200 yards receiving as he sits at 327 through 10 weeks. Kadarius Toney was shipped to Kansas City, Kenny Golladay continues to be a non-factor, and Sterling Shepard won't play again this season after suffering a major injury.

This leaves Slayton, Wan'Dale Robinson, and Saquon Barkley as the primary targets for Daniel Jones, especially while TE Daniel Bellinger (eye) remains out. That said, Slayton is worth picking up as the top dog in the passing game. Sure, the offense runs through Barkley, but New York will eventually get into games where they'll have to pass to keep up.

Slayton has racked up 219 yards and two touchdowns in his last two games and is pulling away from Wan'Dale Robinson, who became a popular waiver wire option until a few bust performances. Does Slayton have elite WR1 or WR2 upside? No, but he's very much a solid flex play in all formats. Week 11 sees New York matchup with the Detroit Lions, who will likely make this a competitive offensive game where New York will have to air it out more than usual.
