Washington Capitals forward T.J. Oshie (lower body) won't be in the lineup Monday against Carolina, and he has been ruled out indefinitely. Oshie was hurt very early on in Saturday's win over Nashville. The hits just keep on coming for Washington on the injury front and it's been especially bad up front, with multiple forwards unavailable. Based on the morning skate, it looks like Connor McMichael will step into a second-line role Monday with Oshie absent. He's one of Washington's top prospects but hasn't yet managed to solidify his place in the big league. McMichael has appeared in only one game this season, logging just 8:33 of ice time.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
