2 weeks agoThe Charlotte Hornets will be without point/shooting guard Terry Rozier (knee) for Wednesday’s game versus the Minnesota Timberwolves and are unlikely to have the services of center Cody Zeller as well. Bismack Biyombo and Caleb Martin have been announced as starters in their wake, giving them a path to being rostered in DFS for those that can still slot them into lineups. Devonte' Graham is likely to take on a larger offensive role with both men out. The next chance for Rozier and Zeller to suit up comes when they open the second half Feb. 20 against Chicago.--Jesse Borek - RotoBallerSource: Charlotte Hornets

2 weeks agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game versus the Charlotte Hornets due to a left wrist injury, ending his first half. James Johnson will serve as the team’s starting center, giving him considerable DFS upside due to his low price tag. Towns’ absence marks his first since Jan. 15, having reeled off an average of 27.8 points over his last 10 games. He will have over a week to heal up, as his next chance to take the floor comes Feb. 21 against Boston. He finishes the first half on pace to set new career highs in scoring (26.5), assists (4.4) and made triples (3.3) per contest.--Jesse Borek - RotoBallerSource: Minnesota Timberwolves

2 weeks agoToronto Raptors power forward/center Serge Ibaka has been given the green light to play in Wednesday’s game versus the Brooklyn Nets after previously being tagged as questionable due to an illness. Ibaka missed the team’s previous outing and will reclaim his spot in the starting five with Marc Gasol (hamstring) unavailable. In 20 prior starts this year, Ibaka has averaged 18.7 points and 8.9 rebounds, shooting an excellent 57 percent overall. His role come the second half is less clear, but Wednesday should mark one last hurrah of significant upside.--Jesse Borek - RotoBallerSource: Alex Schiffer

2 weeks agoBoston Celtics guard Jaylen Brown (calf) is listed as probable for Thursday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers. He suffered a left calf contusion during Tuesday's game, so it appears Brown can't catch a break. Brown has been banged up lately, so it wouldn't be surprising if the Celtics elect to give him a day off with the All-Star break looming. Marcus Smart, Brad Wanamaker, and Romeo Langford would be asked to step up if Brown is unable to play. Fantasy owners should check back closer to tip-off on Thursday for more information.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Boston Celtics

2 weeks agoUtah Jazz guard Mike Conley (illness) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Miami Heat. Conley was expected to play on Monday, but sat out due to an illness. It wouldn't be shocking to see the Jazz decide to rest him again here with the All-Star break this close. Joe Ingles could be looking at another start, while Jordan Clarkson gets a boost in playing time and usage. Fantasy owners should check back closer to tip-off for more information.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Utah Jazz

2 weeks agoSacramento Kings forward Jabari Parker (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Dallas Mavericks. He's expected to make his team debut here, but we'll see what happens. Parker could get some decent minutes with Richaun Holmes (shoulder) and Marvin Bagley (foot) both sidelined. He could be someone worth using in deep leagues until the Kings are able to get healthy.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report

2 weeks agoDallas Mavericks guard Delon Wright (ankle) is listed as probable for Wednesday's game against the Sacramento Kings. He tweaked his right ankle on Monday and was unable to return to that contest. Luka Doncic (ankle) is expected to get back out there, so Wright would see his fantasy value take a significant dip if that happens. Wright might only get minutes in the teens if Doncic is able to suit up.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report

2 weeks agoSacramento Kings center Alex Len (hip) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Dallas Mavericks. Len has been unable to make his team debut, but hopefully he'll be able to do that after the All-Star break. Richaun Holmes (shoulder) and Marvin Bagley (foot) are sidelined, so the Kings could use some help right now. Harry Giles has been asked to step up, but Len might hold some deep league value if he returns to the court before Bagley or Holmes.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report

2 weeks agoCleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love (Achilles) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Atlanta Hawks. It wouldn't be shocking to see the Cavs decide to rest Love in the final game before the All-Star break. Larry Nance Jr. is expected to jump into the starting five if Love is unable to play. He'd be worth a look as a decent cheap DFS option if he gets the start here. Fantasy owners should check back closer to tip-off for another update on Love.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Chris Fedor

2 weeks agoDetroit Pistons guards Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk (hip) and Derrick Rose (hip) will be active for Wednesday's game against the Orlando Magic. Mykhailiuk has missed each of the last five games due to a right hip issue. He'll likely be under a minutes limit his first game back, so Mykhailiuk won't be the best fantasy option here. Rose should be monitored as well, so fantasy owners are likely going to want to stay away from the Detroit guards. Bruce Brown Jr. and Langston Galloway should see less minutes going forward.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Vincent Ellis

2 weeks agoNew York Knicks center Mitchell Robinson (illness) is available to play in Wednesday's game against the Washington Wizards. There's a bug going around in the locker room with multiple players feeling under the weather. Robinson is going to play through it here and should be worth a look after a solid performance on Sunday. This is a favorable matchup for Robinson and DFS may want to take a look at him for this one.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report

2 weeks agoGolden State Warriors center Kevon Looney (hip) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Phoenix Suns. He fell and injured his left hip during Monday's game, so the Warriors will elect to have him sit out here. Marquese Chriss and Eric Paschall will be asked to play bigger roles in Wednesday's contest. Both players could be worth looking at as deep league streaming choices or cheap DFS picks for Wednesday's slate.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Anthony Slater

2 weeks agoPortland Trail Blazers forward Mario Hezonja (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies. It's the second game of a back-to-back set, so the Blazers will elect to let Hezonja rest up with the All-Star break approaching. Trevor Ariza, Caleb Swanigan, and Gary Trent Jr. should see more playing time with Hezonja sidelined. Ariza and Trent are worth looking at as streaming options or possibly cheap DFS picks for Wednesday's slate.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Jamie Hudson

2 weeks agoPortland Trail Blazers forward Nassir Little (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies. Trevor Ariza, Gary Trent Jr., and Anfernee Simons will see increased playing time with Little sidelined. Ariza and Trent are worth looking at as streaming options or DFS targets for Wednesday's slate. Little should be able to get back to the court after the All-Star break.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Jamie Hudson

2 weeks agoThe Phoenix Suns have signed forward Jonah Bolden to a 10-day contract. Head coach Monty Williams and Bolden had experience together in Philadelphia last season. The Suns have Deandre Ayton (ankle), Dario Saric (ankle), and Aron Baynes (hip) all sidelined at the moment. Cheick Diallo is likely going to log in heavy minutes, but Bolden should add some nice depth behind him. Although, Bolden isn't likely going to do enough to warrant owning or using in most fantasy formats. He could stick around in Phoenix for a bit with the team banged up right now.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Shams Charania
