Zach LaVine, Alex Caruso Both Active Against Celtics
5 months agoChicago Bulls guards Zach LaVine (foot) and Alex Caruso (toe) have both been upgraded to available for Tuesday's In-Season Tournament game against the Boston Celtics. The Bulls continue to monitor the right foot soreness of LaVine, but it won't cost him Tuesday's date in Boston. The 28-year-old two-time All-Star is putting up 22.1 points, 3.4 assists, and 2.5 triples in 35.9 minutes per game, and should be locked into all daily season-long lineups. Caruso's left toe strain has also been a lingering issue, but he'll be active in this one to help the 5-13 Bulls try to get back on track after losing seven of their last eight. The 29-year-old remains worth rostering in 9-category fantasy leagues for his defense and overall contributions, collecting 9.8 points, 1.6 triples, and 2.1 combined steals and blocks in 24.0 minutes per game. Patrick Williams figures to head back to head coach Billy Donovan's bench after scoring 20 points in Sunday's start against the Brooklyn Nets.
