Keegan Murray Remains Out Against Clippers
8 months agoSacramento Kings forward Keegan Murray (back) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game versus Los Angeles Clippers. Murray experienced lower-back soreness that limited him to 16 minutes of action on Nov. 20, and he hasn't been seen on the court ever since. Murray now sets his sights toward Saturday's meeting against the Denver Nuggets, which is the third contest of Sacramento's current five-game homestand. The 23-year-old marksman is netting 13.2 points, 2.1 threes, and 1.4 steals in 33.1 minutes per night in the second season of his professional career. Head coach Mike Brown hopes for one of Kevin Huerter, Malik Monk, or Harrison Barnes to catch fire and make up for the absence of Murray's sharpshooting ways on Wednesday against the Clippers.
