Olave finished the game with just one reception for five yards, his worst stat line of the 2024 season. However, he played just two snaps as the injury happened just seconds in his team's first drive.

Chris Olave Injury Update for Fantasy Football
With physical injuries, you get a bit of a timeline, but brain injuries are tougher to diagnose. We know that Olave is in concussion protocol, but we don't know how he is progressing through that protocol.
He won't have much time to progress, because the Saints are on a short week as the team plays the Broncos on Thursday night.

With such a small span of time for Olave to clear protocols, fantasy managers should assume that Olave won't be on the field on Thursday night.
Olave has 23 receptions for 280 yards and one touchdown during his third NFL season.
Chris Olave Fantasy Football Outlook for Week 7
Chris Olave is almost certainly not going to play in Week 7. Recovering this quickly from a concussion is something that rarely happens. His status would be in doubt in a full week, so on a short week we should go ahead and count him out.
That could mean an increased workload for Bub Means again. The rookie entered Week 6 with zero receptions and just one target all year.

But Means was targeted eight times in Week 6, catching five of those for 45 yards and a touchdown. He showed a good rapport with rookie quarterback Spencer Rattler and has streaming appeal this week with Olave unlikely to play.
