7 months agoColorado Rockies starting pitcher Kyle Freeland, not Jon Gray, will make the start this Sunday against the Diamondbacks. Freeland was previously scheduled to start on Monday against the Phillies. Gray has a 10.80 ERA while allowing five home runs, nine walks and a .349 opponent's average in just 10 innings over his last three starts. Gray might even be skipped on Monday based on how bad he's been of late. While Gray has been too unreliable for fantasy owners this year, the left-handed Freeland has been the opposite, going 15-7 with a 2.95 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 7.2 K/9 over 31 starts. He's a must-start in the series finale against Arizona this Sunday.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
