Jordan McLaughlin Feeling Knee Soreness
6 months agoMinnesota Timberwolves guard Jordan McLaughlin (knee) exited early and did not return to Monday's game versus the Boston Celtics. McLaughlin is now dealing with right knee soreness that held him to just three minutes of action in the eventual 114-109 home overtime win over Boston, hitting two free throws with a block before departing. The 27-year-old hasn't been a big part of head coach Chris Finch's rotation this season, averaging a mere 3.8 minutes in five contests while effectively being superseded for backup point duties by combo guard Nickeil Alexander-Walker to this point. McLaughlin will look for his soreness to subside ahead of Wednesday's action versus the New Orleans Pelicans, but there's no apparent fantasy implications here.
