It was just another day at the office for the hitting machine, as Freeman notched the fifth four-hit pursuit of his MVP-level campaign in this one. Besides that feat, the 33-year-old notably drove in a go-ahead run on a seventh-inning double. Freeman is giving Ronald Acuna Jr. a run for his money in the 2023 NL MVP race, slashing a formidable .341/.415/.580 with an MLB-leading 48 doubles, 23 home runs, 86 RBI, 107 runs scored, and 17 stolen bases through 505 at-bats.
