Trevor Rogers Misses Scheduled Rehab Start On Saturday
11 months agoMiami Marlins starting pitcher Trevor Rogers (biceps, shoulder) was unable to make his rehab start on Saturday with discomfort in his non-throwing shoulder. The 25-year-old is working his way back from a left biceps strain which originally sent him to the injured list on April 21. With two Triple-A starts already under his belt, Rogers is seemingly one more appearance out from rejoining the major leagues. It's unclear at this stage, however, how much of setback this newfound shoulder ailment represents for the southpaw. Fantasy managers stashing Rogers will have to hang tight in the meantime and hope that the delay isn't a prolonged one as we wait for an update.
