Thairo Estrada Goes Deep, Steals Base In Lineup Return
8 months agoSan Francisco Giants second baseman Thairo Estrada (illness), who returned to Saturday's lineup, went 1-for-5 with a home run, three RBI, and a stolen base in the 9-1 drubbing of the Colorado Rockies. The 27-year-old first snapped a 19-game homerless skid with a first-inning two-run shot. Estrada then stole his 20th base of the season after driving in a run on a fielders choice. The speedy infielder provides more value to the Giants with the glove than the stick, but he's still a useful source of batting average, runs, and speed for fantasy purposes. Estrada is batting .272 (113-for-415) with 11 homers, 44 RBI, 55 runs scored and the aforementioned 20 thefts.
