Royce Lewis Steals First Big-League Base
10 months agoMinnesota Twins third baseman Royce Lewis ended 2-for-4 with an RBI and his first major-league stolen base in Thursday's 6-0 victory over the Boston Red Sox. It's a great sign for 24-year-old, as Lewis is working his way back this season from the second torn ACL of his career. The former No. 1 overall pick has been highly touted for his speed potential, so fantasy managers hope to see increased action on the base paths from Lewis going forward. Minnesota's No. 2 prospect is hitting .319 with an .835 OPS, three homers, and 12 RBI over 69 at-bats since his May 29 IL activation. Make sure he isn't available in your league.
