Logan Webb Looks To Maintain Length Versus Arizona
12 months agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Logan Webb takes the mound against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Sunday. The 26-year-old is on a bit of a tear lately, garnering a 2.22 ERA and a delightful 27-to-5 strikeout-to-walk ratio across his last four starts. Webb's elite walk rate of 3.8% places him in the top-eight percent of baseball this season. The right-hander has survived six innings or more in seven of eight starts in 2023. He takes a 3.46 ERA overall into this date with Arizona, a team which he has a 2.65 ERA with 34 punch outs in 34 innings (three wins) against in his career. Fantasy managers should obviously continue starting the reliable hurler in season-long formats, and he could also be worth the premium cost in DFS settings.
