Kristaps Porzingis, Al Horford Both Out Tuesday
2 months agoBoston Celtics centers Kristaps Porzingis (hamstring) and Al Horford (toe) are both out for Tuesday's meeting with the Utah Jazz. A strained right hamstring will cost Porzingis a third straight game, and a sprained left big toe will sideline Horford on the second night of Boston's back-to-back after the Celtics defeated the Portland Trail Blazers on Monday. Both big men will set their sights toward returning for Thursday's duel with the Phoenix Suns. The Celts will be very thin in the middle against Utah, so Luke Kornet should be thrust into a featured role at the five as a chalky DFS value play. The 28-year-old rim protector has played at least 30 minutes in both of his starts this year, averaging 13.0 points, 8.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 3.0 blocks over these two appearances.
