Giannis Antetokounmpo Puts In Light Practice Session
1 month agoMilwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo (hamstring) practiced Tuesday in a relatively light session, per head coach Doc Rivers. The Bucks play the Boston Celtics in a clash of two East powerhouses Wednesday night, where Antetokounmpo should be considered questionable to return from a one-game absence after missing Saturday's win over the Phoenix Sun due to tendinopathy in his left hamstring. Milwaukee will submit their official injury report later on Tuesday. Damian Lillard would shoulder the offensive load if the Greek Freak remains out, with Bobby Portis Jr. directly benefitting fantasy-wise. Across four games without Antetokounmpo this year, Portis is averaging 23.3 points, 9.8 rebounds, 2.5 three-pointers, 1.8 assists, and 1.0 steals but faces a Celtics squad giving up the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing power forwards.
