Cameron Johnson Will Play Wednesday
2 months agoBrooklyn Nets forward Cameron Johnson (ankle) says he will play in Wednesday's game against the Orlando Magic. Johnson missed Brooklyn's past three contests after spraining his right ankle early in March 5's home win over the Philadelphia 76ers, but he rejoined the team on Tuesday and will suit up for the fourth outing of their current six-game road trip. It's been a disappointing year overall for the 28-year-old three-and-D wing during his first full season with the Nets, but over three games from Feb. 29 to March 4 before going down, Johnson averaged 23.3 points, 4.7 three-pointers on 50.0% shooting from long range, 2.7 assists, and 1.7 steals in 32.7 minutes. He's worth deploying in season-long leagues but is a shy-away DFS option against a Magic team allowing the second-fewest fantasy points to opposing small forwards this year.
