Bruce Brown Available For Raptors Debut Thursday
4 months agoToronto Raptors guard Bruce Brown (knee) as well as Jordan Nwora and Kira Lewis Jr. are all cleared and available to make their team debuts on Thursday against the Chicago Bulls. There was some uncertainty surrounding the game statuses of the Raptors' newcomers following Wednesday's Pascal Siakam trade, especially since Brown was dealing with a knee injury. Though Nwora and Lewis are DNP-CD candidates in their first night north of the border, Brown should occupy a prominent role in Toronto's rotation whether he starts straight from the get-go or not. It still renders Brown a risky DFS play on Thursday, but season-long managers can get him active. The 27-year-old Swiss Army knife is assembling a career year with averages of 12.1 points, 4.7 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.0 three-pointers, and 1.1 steals in 29.7 minutes over 33 starts with the Indiana Pacers this season.
