Broncos Signing David Moore
3 years agoThe Denver Broncos are signing wide receiver David Moore from the Las Vegas Raiders practice squad on Monday with KJ Hamler (knee) done for the year after suffering a torn ACL in the Week 3 win over the New York Jets. Moore spent the last four seasons with the Seattle Seahawks, where he caught 78 passes on 134 targets for 1,163 yards and 13 touchdowns in 47 games (14 starts). The 26-year-old pass-catcher was cut by the Carolina Panthers in training camp before landing on the Raiders practice squad. Jerry Jeudy (ankle) remains out for the foreseeable future. Courtland Sutton and Tim Patrick will be the team's top two receivers, with Diontae Spencer likely the first option to handle No. 3 duties. Moore could have some opportunities, but it'll likely take some time for him to learn Denver's playbook.
