Brady Singer Limits White Sox To Just One Run On Thursday
12 months agoKansas City Royals pitcher Brady Singer got through six innings on Thursday, permitting only a single run and fanning four batters in a no-decision against the Chicago White Sox. He "lowered" his ERA to 7.71 with the outcome. The 2018 first-rounder has been a massive disappointment thus far after a breakout 2022 when he assembled a 3.23 ERA across 153.1 innings. Singer has given up five runs or more in five of his eight starts in 2023. Fantasy managers are seeking some more consistency out of the 26-year-old, but Singer can't be trusted for his next start on Tuesday versus Yu Darvish and the San Diego Padres, even with the Friars offense vastly underperforming.
