Anthony Santander Pulled From Friday’s Game
8 months agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder/first baseman Anthony Santander (undisclosed) left Friday's game against the Oakland Athletics early with a suspected injury. The 28-year-old was replaced by Ramon Urias in the fifth inning, but Baltimore is yet to specify the status of Santander as of Saturday morning. He went 1-for-3 with a run scored before heading out. Fantasy managers will need to check back ahead of Saturday's meeting for another update. The switch-hitting Santander has been ice-cold at the plate since the All-Star break, slashing .179/.271/.350 with five home runs, five doubles, and 15 RBI in 117 at-bats.
