8 months agoMilwaukee Brewers third baseman Travis Shaw provided some power while reaching a milestone Friday versus Pittsburgh. His two-run homer would give the Brewers a 4-3 lead and would be the eventual game-winner as the Milwaukee bullpen held Pittsburgh at three runs for the rest of the game. The HR was also a milestone as it was his 30th of the season, which is a standard that is held in some regard by many people. Shaw is not a league-winner, especially with a .242 batting average, but he is useful in a wider spread (in terms of depth) of leagues.--Jamie Mellor - RotoBaller
