6 months agoOakland Athletics outfielder Robbie Grossman ended up 2-for-4 with a walk, a run scored and an RBI in Sunday's 8-7 road loss against the Texas Rangers. Grossman has hit safely in six of the past seven games to bump his average from .185 to .265 just since April 5. He has been the best option for manager Bob Melvin at the leadoff spot and he is worth using in many AL-only fantasy formats. However, while he'll get on base, he isn't your prototypical leadoff hitter with a ton of stolen bases, so be careful.--Daniel E. Dobish - RotoBaller
