4 months agoLos Angeles Angels starting pitcher Patrick Sandoval takes the mound versus the Houston Astros on Saturday. The 26-year-old's 15.1% strikeout rate is uncharacteristically low this year and his 4.51 xERA implies he could be in for some negative regression soon. Sandoval has permitted two runs or fewer in seven of his 10 starts, though, and carries a fine 3.42 ERA into this one. However, both season-long and daily fantasy managers should proceed with caution. The southpaw is 0-4 and holds a troubling 7.55 ERA with a 1.68 WHIP in 32 career innings against Houston.
