Noah Syndergaard Throws Decently In Saturday’s Rehab Start
10 months agoLos Angeles Dodgers right-handed pitcher Noah Syndergaard (blister) tossed five innings of two-run ball with six strikeouts in Saturday's rehab start with Triple-A Oklahoma City. The 30-year-old has been sidelined by a right index finger blister since June 8, but could be set for a return soon. While Syndergaard may be needed to shore up the injured-plagued Dodgers rotation, this version of the righty probably isn't worth stashing in most fantasy leagues. The former flame-thrower is mired in his worst MLB season yet, dragging a 7.16 ERA, 1.45 WHIP, and 38:9 K:BB over 55 1/3 innings this year.
