Logan Gilbert Starting Sunday, Bryce Miller Moved To Monday
11 months agoSeattle Mariners starting pitchers Logan Gilbert and Bryce Miller are alternating spots for their next starts. Gilbert will take the ball for Sunday's series finale against the Los Angeles Angels while Miller toes the rubber for Monday's series opener versus the Miami Marlins. It affords the rookie, Miller, with another day of rest after he relinquished a staggering 15 runs over his last two outings. The 24-year-old had only let in four runs across his first 33 1/3 innings this season. Gilbert, on the other hand, takes the mound in Anaheim opposing a team he owns a 3.51 ERA and 44 strikeouts in 33 1/3 career innings against. Fantasy managers should adjust their lineups accordingly.
