Kyle Tucker Busy During Friday's Win
9 months agoHouston Astros right fielder Kyle Tucker went 1-for-3 with two RBI, two stolen bases, and one run scored in Friday's 7-3 victory over the New York Yankees. The 26-year-old walked and stole second in the opening frame to eventually cross the plate and score on a Yainer Diaz three-run blast. Tucker then drew another free pass to steal second once more in the fifth inning. Finally, he lined a two-run double in the sixth to help the Stros pull away a bit. It was an active night for the two-time All-Star, who's acted as a key cog in Houston's lineup all season with a wonderful .300/.379/.514 triple-slash line, 19 home runs, 77 RBI, and 22 stolen bases over 397 at-bats.
