Jose Altuve And Jeremy Pena Out Of Sunday’s Lineup
11 months agoHouston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve and shortstop Jeremy Pena are not in Sunday's lineup against the Cleveland Guardians. It appears to a maintenance day for the two infielders with a fairly early 12:40 p.m. first-pitch time. Corey Julks makes for a solid plug-and-play DFS option while functioning as the second batter for this one and hitting .278 with four stolen bases over the last week of action. Expect the Astros lineup to feature the regulars for Tuesday's series opener versus the Washington Nationals. Altuve is slashing .262/.348/.443 with two homers, six RBI, and two stolen bases over 61 at-bats since his May 19 IL activation. Pena is hitting .252 with a .730 OPS and eight big flies, 26 RBI, plus six swipes across 246 at-bats this campaign.
