Hunter Greene Strikes Out 10 Hitters, Still Winless
12 months agoCincinnati Reds starting pitcher Hunter Greene made it through seven innings for the first time this year versus the New York Yankees on Sunday. He allowed four runs, however, and remains without a win to his ledger on the campaign after the Reds fell 4-1. The absence of a single victory in 10 starts severely diminishes his overall fantasy appeal and Greene's 4.68 ERA isn't exactly compensating for this shortcoming. The flame-throwing righty has missed 69 bats in 50 innings, but he's going to stay very volatile for fantasy purposes while starting home games at the hitter-friendly Great American Ball Park. Dynasty fantasy managers should stay patient, though, with the former second-overall pick.
