Hunter Greene Able To Do Mound Work Recently
10 months agoCincinnati Reds starting pitcher Hunter Greene (hip) got in some mound work at the team's complex in Arizona recently. The 23-year-old now has one more hurdle to climb in his rehab program before potentially beginning a rehab assignment. Greene been shelved since June 19 with right hip pain and is working to stave off lingering discomfort. Fantasy managers waiting patiently for the flame-throwing right-hander to return could plausibly hope for an early-August comeback with rehab action appearing to be on the horizon. Greene holds a 3.93 ERA, 1.35 WHIP, and 100:31 K:BB across 73 1/3 innings this season.
