4 months agoTampa Bay Rays second baseman Brandon Lowe (leg) is hampered by left leg discomfort, which caused his removal from the lineup card right before Sunday's matinee with the Boston Red Sox. The 28-year-old is considered day-to-day, so hopefully he can get back on the field relatively soon. Lowe may not require a stay on the injured list. Since a roaring start to the year, the former All-Star has plummeted by hitting .157 (16-for-102) with two homers and 11 RBI over his last 28 games.
