Bobby Miller Carries On Scintillating Start
4 months agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Bobby Miller hurled six scoreless innings against the Philadelphia Phillies on Saturday. The 24-year-old struck out seven batters and collected his third win of the campaign in the team's 9-0 pummeling of Philadelphia. Having already faced stiff tests via the Atlanta Braves, New York Yankees, and now these Phillies, Miller has passed with flying colors each time out so far. The No. 2 Dodgers prospect has only allowed two runs with 23 punchouts through his first 23 innings for a sublime 0.78 ERA this year. Miller is showcasing the upside to act as a difference-making fantasy force in Los Angeles' injury-ruined rotation. The flame-throwing rookie is lined up to face the ordinary San Francisco Giants lineup sometime next weekend.
