Jerry Jeudy carried out another tantalizing season after chalking up 4.5 receptions for 64.8 receiving yards per game in 2022. The 2020 first-rounder is still yet to fully break out, but that possibility was quite unlikely with Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson tanking the entire offense’s stability.
Jeudy managed a red-hot 2023 finish, anyway, rather quietly putting up 18.3 full-PPR fantasy points per game over eight contests from Weeks 7 to 18 where he played at least 36% of the team’s offensive snaps. The 24-year-old fought through an early-season sternum injury and multiple ankle sprains to finish as a top-20 WR in FPPG despite Denver's disastrous campaign as a team.
Jeudy enters his fourth Broncos year with a fairly expensive fifth-round ADP on FFPC. Let’s discuss what kind of WR2 investment fantasy managers are making when taking him in this range.

Did Jerry Jeudy Meet Expectations In 2022?
Jeudy finally got an improved signal-caller in 2022 after catching passes from a number of Broncos castoffs since 2020. Or so we thought. Various nagging injuries have impeded Jeudy’s potential takeoff over the years, but none concerning enough to affect his 2023 ADP.
Jeudy's breakout could be on the precipice of finally occurring after he notched 9.7 yards per target in 2022 even with inefficient QB play. The versatile pass catcher demonstrated far more of a rapport with Wilson than Courtland Sutton did, registering a 6.64 target quality rating, per PlayerProfiler. A three-touchdown Week 14 on just 82 air yards spiked Jeudy’s overall output, but he nonetheless blazed his way to a sizzling finish with eight consecutive double-digit FP efforts excluding a Week 10 ankle sprain.
Is Jerry Jeudy Worth Picking At His 2023 Fifth-Round ADP?
Jeudy flashed enough chemistry with Wilson to tease the possibility of becoming Wilson’s new version of Tyler Lockett from their Seattle Seahawks days. The two possessed of the league’s most harmonious connections throughout their time together, and Jeudy has a chance to reignite that riff with the field general by mirroring plays like this.
Jeudy ultimately stands as an upside WR2 choice who’s well worth a late fifth-round pick in 10-team leagues. The playmaking Jeudy belongs on the borderline of fantasy managers' Tier 4/5 of WRs. The Alabama product feels like a stronger ceiling proposition over the likes of veterans Amari Cooper, Keenan Allen, and DeAndre Hopkins, who tend to come off the board in this range.
