Montrezl Harrell 2018-19 Player Outlook
6 years agoLos Angeles Clippers forward/center Montrezl Harrell provided some solid bench scoring for the team in 2017-18 and he's expected to do the same next season, possibly even more. Harrell played second fiddle to DeAndre Jordan last year, but he's left town now. Marcin Gortat was brought in as the new starting center, but he's been on a decline for a while. The Clippers signed Harrell to a two-year, 12-million deal in the summer, so he's quite valued by the franchise and that should show in his playing time. He logged only 17 minutes per game last year but was super effective with 11 points and four rebounds. He was behind only Jordan and Clint Capela in field goal percentage in the league (63.5 percent). The Clippers have a lot of injured players returning to the roster, so it's tough to project Harrell's eventual role in the team, but he sure does has the potential of doing some serious damage next season.
