Jarrett Allen 2018-19 Player Outlook
6 years agoBrooklyn Nets center Jarrett Allen locked in a solid rookie campaign and showed signs of being a defensive force in the paint. In 22 games after the all-star break, Allen put up averages of 9.4 points, 6.1 rebounds, and a near-elite 2.1 blocks. With blocks being such a scarce stat in fantasy basketball and if Allen can continue to average two or more blocks a game, we could see a top-50 player come seasons end. Allen will get a lot of minutes as the Nets are pretty thin up front with only Kenneth Faried and Ed Davis behind him and the Nets will want their young big man to develop as much as he can this upcoming season. As Allen is not a household name just yet, he will be dropping in many drafts and if you can grab him in the ninth round or later, you will be great shape.
