Eloy Jimenez Still Limited By Groin Injury
10 months agoChicago White Sox designated hitter Eloy Jimenez (groin) is set to be included in Sunday's starting lineup against the Minnesota Twins despite remaining encumbered by his balky groin. White Sox skipper Pedro Grifol believes Jimenez's bat is worth keeping in the lineup even if he's a liability while running the bases. We're inclined to agree, as Chicago carries one offensive disappointment after another besides Luis Robert Jr.'s MVP-caliber campaign. Jimenez is hitting .300 in 30 at-bats across his last nine games, but he only has one RBI over this span.
