1 month agoHouston Astros catcher Robinson Chirinos went 2-for-3 with a triple and one run scored in Tuesday's win against the Rangers. The veteran backstop has heated up over the last seven games, slashing .389/.560/.833 with one triple, one home run and seven runs batted in. Granted, six of those RBI came in one game on September 9 but Chirinos now has hits in four of his last five starts. It has been a productive season for the veteran and will head into Wednesday's action slashing .242/.353/.452 with 17 home runs, 20 doubles and 56 runs batted in through 347 at-bats.--Joey C - RotoBaller
