6 months agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Jesse Winker continued his hot hitting in a 9-5 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals on Sunday. Winker went 2-for-5 with a three-run homer in the losing effort, his second round-tripper in as many games. While the young outfielder got off to a slow start this season, he has really heated up at the plate over the past seven days, posting a .304 average, four homers, seven runs, and eight RBI. He is a solid waiver add in all formats and is currently owned in just 44% of Yahoo leagues. He will have a tough task ahead of him on Monday as the Reds travel to Los Angeles to take on Dodgers' ace Clayton Kershaw.--Matt Terelle - RotoBaller
