6 months agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher David Price worked his way through seven innings of shutout ball, allowing just three hits while striking out seven and walking none in a 4-0 win over Baltimore on Sunday. This was hands down the best start by a Red Sox pitcher this season and one that will hopefully propel the rest of the roster. Price has been Boston's best starter with a 1-1 record, 3.79 ERA and a 20/3 K/BB ratio. He's stranded 72 percent of baserunners and hasn't given up a homer in either of his past two outings. He'll look to ride the momentum when he goes back out next weekend against his former employer, the Tampa Bay Rays.--Steve Janik - RotoBaller
