6 months agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer in an 8-7 win over the Los Angeles Angels on Wednesday. The young outfielder went deep off of Angels starter Trevor Cahill in the fifth inning. Buxton is now hitting .278 with an .836 OPS, two homers, 18 doubles, 20 runs, 16 RBI, and eight steals. It was just matter of time before some of Buxton's doubles started turning into home runs. Buxton appears to be on the cusp of a breakout, making him a nice buy target in all league formats.--Matt Terelle - RotoBaller
