Worth the Investment

Jrue Holiday (PG, NO) - $5000

Jrue Holiday finally looks to be healthy again and should be an excellent value play as he faces the Orlando Magic on Tuesday. Holiday missed the first game of the season and played limited minutes in the second game. However, he was able to really increase his work load during his last game. Holiday posted 22 points with six assists in 27 minutes of action against the Warriors. The point guard slot is an extremely valuable position for the New Orleans Pelicans, as even backups Ish Smith and Toney Douglas have taken turns posting great stat lines as the primary ball handler for the team. Having the threat of Anthony Davis and other capable shooters around the court makes Holiday's job very easy as he gets back into game shape.

Marvin Williams (PF, CHA) - $4500

Marvin Williams is going unnoticed as a great offensive threat for the Charlotte Hornets. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist is set to miss a few more weeks, and Williams will look to cover the missing production during this time. Al Jefferson has yet to look like his old self either, while Cody Zeller is currently dealing with some healthy complications. The front court of the team looks to be in complete disarray, so Williams should be around to grab plenty of rebounds and provide offensive pressure with his three point shooting. Through three games, Williams has taken at least 10 field goal attempts in each game. He has also averaged 12.7 points, 9.0 rebounds and 1.3 blocks. Look for Williams to continue to see plenty of minutes, as he is an absolute steal at his price based on volume work.

Andre Drummond (C, DET) - $8200

With picks like Holiday and Williams, you should have plenty of remaining salary to splurge on a great center. Andre Drummond is a no-brainer on Tuesday as he faces the Indiana Pacers. Drummond has been absolutely dominant to start the season, averaging 18.7 points, 16.3 rebounds, 1.3 steals, and 2.0 blocks. Your Eastern Conference Player of the Week for Week 1 looks to be primed for a breakout season and should be a lock to be one of the best fantasy Centers this year. The matchup on Tuesday looks amazing, as the combination of Indiana centers Ian Mahimi and Myles Turner will have to somehow slow down Drummond.

Sleeper Pick

Evan Fournier (SG, ORL) - $4300

There is a ton of potential on the Orlando Magic, and playing time needs to be distributed well for all the young talent. We are glad Fournier has seemed to carve out his share of the minutes early on this season, as he provides valuable spacing and finishing ability for the Magic. Fournier is averaging over 35 minutes a night, and his production based on pure volume has made him a valuable fantasy asset. At this price, Fournier should be a great sleeper pick. He has averaged 14.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.3 steals in three games this season. He definitely has room to improve as well, as he has only hit 4 out of 15 three-point attempts this season. Expect his fantasy value to rise along with better efficiency.
