Daily fantasy basketball happens to be one of the most predictable fantasy sports that there is. Players generally get the same amount of minutes per game, and they can usually be expected to score, rebound, and assist at around the same ratio.
This makes finding value plays fairly easy. I will provide a top play and a value play at the guard and forward positions. Center is a position that I never really try to find a cheap option at. Pay up at the center position.
Due to this, I'll only provide a top option there. Let's get down to it. Here are my daily fantasy basketball picks for November 9th, 2015.

FanDuel Top Guard Pick
Damian Lillard (at DEN, $8,900)
I'm not entirely sure why everyone isn't talking about the season that Damian Lillard is having so far this year. He is averaging over 27 regular points per game; about three rebounds, and seven assists. He has only scored under 40 fantasy points once so far this season, and he is going to continue to dominant tonight against the Denver Nuggets. The Nuggets turn the ball over more than any team in the league, which will add some steals to the fantasy production of Lillard tonight. He definitely has the ability to score over 50 fantasy points, and his price tag is a lot lower than that of Stephen Curry. In cash games, Lillard gets the edge over Curry for sure. In tournaments, Curry still has a higher ceiling than Lillard does.
FanDuel Value Guard Pick
Rajon Rondo (vs SA, $6,400)
Rajon Rondo is my favorite tournament play tonight against the San Antonio Spurs. The Spurs are generally regarded as one of the better defensive teams in the league, but they are not playing well against opposing point guards. Rondo has the ability to triple-double and score over 60 fantasy points every time he steps onto the court. With Darren Collison out tonight, he is going to get all the minutes he can handle. With a great matchup, an extremely high amount of minutes, and the ability to contribute in all three of the most important fantasy statistical categories, Rondo is about as good as it gets as far as tournaments go tonight. Do not avoid him, unless you are looking for consistent options in a cash game.
FanDuel Top Forward Pick
Paul George (vs ORL, $8,500)
Paul George doesn't have the greatest matchup of his life, but he has been extremely solid of recent, and his price tag is not high enough yet. He is proving that he belongs in the Stephen Curry, Russell Westbrook, LeBron James, Kevin Durant category, and FanDuel doesn't seem to think so. He accumulated 64 fantasy points in his last game against the Miami Heat and the game before that he scored 50 fantasy points against the Boston Celtics. He does 'flop' from time to time, but that is not likely to happen tonight. He has a pretty high floor and a super high ceiling, which means that he can be played in any format.
FanDuel Value Forward Pick
Al-Farouq Aminu (at DEN, $5,800)
Al-Farouq Aminu is simply the best cash game option on the board tonight against the Denver Nuggets. The Nuggets do not play great defense and Aminu is very likely to score over 30 fantasy points. He has only scored under 30 fantasy points twice this season - and for $5,800 - he is bound to hit value. He is averaging almost 14 regular points per game and almost nine rebounds, so he is a candidate for a double-double. If you are looking for a low risk player with limited upside for cash games, look no further than Al-Farouq Aminu.
FanDuel Top Center Pick
Andre Drummond (at GS, $9,300)
If you are a frequent reader of my articles, you know by now that Andre Drummond is the best center option every time he takes the court. Until his price tag goes over $10,000, which it will, use him every single night. He didn't play all that well in his last game, but he did double-double with 17 rebounds and 12 regular points. Tonight, he should be able to double-doubling twice in one game. The Golden State Warriors play well against the center position, but Drummond is matchup proof. He grabs a ton of offensive board, and that leads to put bucks. He could double-double based solely on those put backs. The moral of the story is do not hesitate to pay up for Drummond tonight.
