ANALYSIS: Buffalo Bills wide receiver Zay Jones was not a part of the Bills game plan against the Colts on Sunday, but is due for more playing time with Kelvin Benjamin potentially out for Week 15. Jones had at least seven targets in each of his previous four games, grabbing six passes against the Jets on November 2. He only has five catches over the last three weeks, but the injury to Benjamin will likely open up more opportunities for Jones.

Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott said that Jones and Deonte Thompson will likely get Benjamin's targets if he misses any time. This is a big if, as Benjamin's knee injury that took him out of Week 14 has not ruled him out of Week 15, but this would see Jones' work rate jump. Thompson will likely be the top receiver with Benjamin out, but Jones' two touchdowns in his last five games give him touchdown potential.

The Bills schedule is not particularly easy, as they play the Dolphins this week (who allow the 21st-most points to fantasy WR), but they do play the Patriots in Week 16. The opportunity for Jones to have a big game on championship week and the health of Benjamin are two key factors in rostering the talented Bills' receiver. He might not be the best player to start this week, and a lot of fantasy owners may not be able to get by without him on a roster this week, but the matchup against the bottom 10 pass defense of New England might be too much to pass up.
